Bookkeeping/Accounting:
- As the primary focus of our practice, we understand that these
are areas that most businesses find to be a necessary nuisance. We are
highly experienced in both implementing accounting systems as well as
training client personnel in their specific tasks. Our goal is to give
business owners the ability to make informed financial decisions without the
burden of focusing on the smaller accounting functions
.- Additionally, for those clients who desire, we offer the opportunity for
them to outsource their entire accounting function to our firm. We meet at
periodic intervals to discuss their financial situations, short & long
term goals & planning to obtain those goals.
- Computer Services: In this
age of advanced technology, a computer system becomes a necessary function
for most growing businesses. Our firm is itself completely computerized and
we integrate many client programs with our own specialized programs in order
to fully serve our business community.
- We have assisted many of our clients in the preliminary phases of establishing
a functional accounting/record keeping system. This entails choosing an
acceptable accounting computer package, setting up the company records using
this package, and instructing personnel in the use of this and other
potentially related programs. We also offer training sessions with client
personnel when implementing programs such as QuickBooks or MYOB and we spend
time with business owners to ensure that they are using these systems to their
fullest potential.
- Lynne has been a QuickBooks Advisor for the past 4 years and is familiar with,
many of the problems & frustrations clients face when first implementing a
computerized record keeping system.
